Dance Recital Update

We’ve received questions and valid concerns from many of our dance families about what the 2021 Dance Recital will look like…

Is there a possibility of a virtual recital again?

Will Ingram Hall be open for full capacity by May 2021?

Will my whole family be able to attend?

Since Costume Fees are nonrefundable, can I wait a little longer and see what happens with the recital?

As most of us have experienced by now, it’s difficult for businesses to plan for large events in this current climate. On the other hand, we understand that it’s difficult for you to make a commitment to something without knowing what it will look like.

Because of so many unknowns, we will be pushing the due date for Recital Costume Fees from October 1st to January 4th, 2021. This will give our team more time to make plans and allow you more time to process before you make a financial commitment.

We can assure you that of the many plans and scenarios we’ve discussed, there’s one underlying goal they all have in common: in-person. We will do everything in our power to get our kids on-stage and under the lights.

While the goal of an in-person recital is the driving force for the decision we will make, we don’t want to set expectations and be unable to follow through with them…especially when so much has been changed, canceled, and postponed for our kids.

On December 1st, we will send another recital update with what we hope to be a clear and confident announcement of our 2021 in-person recital plans. Due to the delay, the recital opt-out deadline has been postponed as well. Until then, know that we will be doing everything within our power to celebrate the dance season on-stage, with you.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

Thank you for trusting us. We are so grateful.
