We are thrilled to announce that we are in the final stages of purchasing our own building…the new and forever home of ROOTS Music & Dance Academy.
After five years of growth, overflowing lobbies, unavailable parking spaces and managing two locations, we are finally getting our own building and a permanent home for ROOTS music and dance!
Located less than a half-mile from both of our current locations, ROOTS will make its new home at 320 Southgate Court, Brentwood, Tenn (map it).
Formerly built out by a music label, this building is nearly perfect for our needs.

- May 26, 2017 – Offer sent to seller
- May 30, 2017 – Offer accepted by seller
- July 28, 2017 – Commitment letter received by Pinnacle Bank and the Small Business Association
- August 25, 2017* – Close date
- August 29, 2017* – Start buildout
- September » October* – Buildout complete & move
- November* – Open House
