The number of competitions depends on the age group and level of the Company team the dancer is placed on. However, generally speaking, the Company competes in 4-5 regional competitions annually and may attend one national competition during the summer.

Yes, dancers can request a solo or trio. However, requesting one does not guarantee that it will be awarded.

Yes, Competition Company dancers open and close each recital show and perform additional routines throughout each show’s lineup.

Members are required to train 2-4 days per week, depending on their team placement. Training includes classes in ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, and hip-hop.

Auditions are held in July after the required summer intensive.
