The ROOTS Way

We refer to Core Values as Leading Values. A core is a place, and Leading is an action. We want to lead/invite others into our belief system to fully integrate these words into every part of the business. We can have many core values as individuals and an organization, but only a select few can be the most important (leading values).

Leading Values are the fundamental beliefs at ROOTS Academy that unify and guide the way our staff, mentors, students, and parents think, act and serve. We call this, “The ROOTS Way.”

Why Join Our Team

Our team is our secret sauce and our most valuable resource, so rest and rejuvenation is a must. Full-time employees enjoy a minimum of three weeks, and part-time start at two weeks of paid time off.
