Thanks for your interest in joining the ROOTS team! When Kristy and I founded ROOTS Academy in 2012, our dream was simple: to create a place where students of all ages could learn, grow, and discover their creative potential in a safe, inspiring environment.
Today, that dream has grown into a vibrant community of more than 1,300 students and 90 team members—musicians, dancers, and performers who are passionate about growth, creativity, and connection.
