What you can request with this form:

• Drop a class — end one or more classes while your student stays enrolled in their other theatre classes. ROOTS will confirm the class end date and any tuition change.
• Withdraw from theatre — end all of your student’s recurring theatre enrollments.
• Theatre Production — after auditions, enrollment in a production is a commitment to the show. This form sends an exception request for staff review; it does not automatically cancel the commitment, and remaining tuition is still owed unless ROOTS approves an exception.

Withdrawal Policy (applies to Triple Threat and other recurring programs)

• Students may withdraw at any time before their next billing due date. However, once monthly tuition has been processed, students are committed to classes for the remainder of that billing cycle.
• Once the withdrawal form has been submitted, the student will still be allowed to attend any remaining classes that have been paid in full, with all future classes (following the end of the current billing cycle) being removed from the schedule and all future billing stopped.
• For example, any student with a billing date of the 1st can submit a withdrawal form at any time prior to the 1st of the next month to avoid future billing.
• We do not offer refunds or credits for classes a student chooses not to attend after successfully submitting the withdrawal form.

Withdrawals Near Holiday Breaks/ Studio Closures:

• There are no refunds or prorations offered for classes that fall on holiday breaks.
• If your withdrawal falls near a holiday break or closure, your student is eligible only for classes outside that holiday break or closure.
